Get onto the M8 Edinburgh. Take exit 8, M73 (M74) Carlisle. Continue onto the M74, The South, Carlisle. Take exit 7 for Larkhall. Stay in the right hand lane on the slip road and turn right, then first left signposted Larkhall. As you enter Larkhall go straight over the roundabout and turn left at the lights onto Union St. Turn right at the 4th set of lights and Larkhall Leisure Centre is on your right. Travel time 45 mins.
