Please see attached letter from Allan Fletcher, SASA President. Scottish Swimming will move all currently licenced STO's onto the British Swimming system.
 
This move, as explained by Allan Fletcher in his letter, is a move to try and address the many concerns raised at the STO seminar (and outwith this) about Scottish Swimmings's attempt to administer the Licencing scheme.
